International industrial design registration
The International Design is part of a registration system that includes countries that are members of the Hague Agreement.
International protection
This system offers the possibility of protection in several countries, with the same effects as an application for the registration of designs made in each of the designated countries, by filing a single application with the International Bureau of the WIPO, in a single language.
As a result, costs are reduced and processing times are shortened, making it a recommendable route when you are interested in several countries that are members of this agreement.
